When my husband and I went to Iceland, I knew I was going to have to come back and paint their waterfalls. I could hardly wait until we got off the plane. Coming from Oregon, where we go waterfall hunting regularly I had not expected to be so impressed but boy, was I ever! The sheer power, the energy, the color palettes, the ray creation, the rock formations - it was magical. I attempted to capture some of that magic here.
